This original painting of two male Pheasants was painted using Sennelier watercolours and a very tiny paintbrush onto a genuine Silver leaf background.. 

I painted the original painting whilst looking at the meadows that surrounded the River Thames.  We watched every day as 2 male Pheasants came to our bird feeder and this was the inspiration for my painting.

 The painting comes framed in a solid wood frame which has been painted Pale Blue.  The overall size is 48.5cm  H x 89.5cm W.
